- Peoples Bank in Wenatchee, Wa is offering financing for new lots at Sun Mesa Preserve with terms of 25% down payment with a 3- or 5-year term and a 30-year amortization. Interest rates vary from 6.75% to 7% with payments as low as $590 per month. If you plan on building within a year you can also use the same loan to finance your new home construction.
- Northwest Farm Credit Services, Wenatchee, Wa is also offering loans with just 20 to 25% down on a 20-year amortization with a 5- or 10-year term at rates of 6.1 to 7.25%. More information.
- Seller financing is also available. Two- or three-year term at interest rates from 7.0 to 7.5% with minimum down payment of 50%. Please inquire for further details.
