This land presents an unspoiled footprint of early America. Our commitment to its preservation is reflected in our alliances with environmental organizations and leading authorities in sustainable development. Together with our owners, we will honor and serve this land and safeguard the inhabitants of its fields and skies.
Collaborating with leading authorities in sustainable development, Sun Mesa Conservancy will protect and manage this land well into the future. Only 10% of the land will be developed for community use with the remainder set aside for wildlife, agriculture and trails. The Preserve will have a footprint of less than 130 acres for homes, roads and community space. Our goal is to provide up to 100% of the community's energy needs through solar and wind-power.
Intimate homesite locations provide opportunities to observe and coexist in harmony with wildlife and are designed according to responsible conservation land planning guidelines minimizing the impact on wildlife breeding grounds and migratory paths.
