The Preserve's diverse expanse of land provides a perfect balance of rolling scenery, golden meadows, towering mountains, deep canyons and lake views. Virtually unchanged for 1000s of years, 90% of the land within the Preserve will be protected and set aside for open space and wildlife. Here, we will be the visitors and the wildlife will be at home. Ownership at Sun Mesa is surprisingly affordable.
